We've had several activity-filled months, rich in achievements. We have chosen a new, entirely hand-assembled, padded and lined box for Traditional Modena Balsamic Vinegar: this box is ours exclusively and we believe it is truly special. We also have new bottles for the 40ml and 250ml Bonini Condiment

April 2007 At the 41st Vinitaly, we reaped a notable success: our Balsamic was praised by Enzo Vizzari, editor-in-chief for the food and wine guidebooks published by L'Espresso.

March-April 2007 Come visit us at Vinitaly in Verona from March 29 to April 1, 2007! Vinitaly is the landmark event for the Italian and international wine and distillery world. We will be kindly hosted by extraordinary winemaker Alberto Longo from Puglia in Pavillion 10, Booth G4.

March 2007 We just came back from the New York International Restaurant & Food Service Show, which took place at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York. Our Balsamic was a hit! Especially the extra-aged 40-year old variety was most appreciated by American traders and consumers.

Bonini Modena at two top trade shows for gourmets! From March 4 to March 6, 2007, we will be exhibiting at the New York International Restaurant & Food Service Show , at the Jacob Javits Convention Center , Booth 2654.
From March 29 to April 1, 2007, we will be in Verona at Vinitaly , the landmark event for the Italian and international wine and distillery world. We are kindly hosted by Alberto Longo in Pavillion 10, Booth G4.

As they have been so successful last year, we will roll out more Balsamic tastings to enable you to enjoy its blissful falvor. We'll be delighted to meet you in Milano:

- On Feb. 13, 14 and 15 at the DownTown gym, Piazza Cavour, from 12:00 to 3:00pm the DownTown gym, Piazza Diaz, from 12:00 to 3:00pm and from 6:00pm to 9:00pm (members only).

In December we organized some more tastings. We are proud of the success of our events, and we want to thank all of you who participate in these unique occasions. The latest? We held it at D-sign, in Via Muratori in Milan. A truly special location where art, good taste, unique furnishings and home decoration items meet the pleasure of spending time together. If you weren't there, you missed a lovely time...

We hope that all of our customers have a chance to explore this wonderful site: we are in the Food - Vinegar section, but there's a lot more!

September was a busy month for tastings. Both our open events and the private parties where we were invited to showcase our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar were a triumph of flavors.

Our heartfelt thanks to all participants for attending the tastings: thanks especially for the praise you have showered upon our Balsamic. It is a truly special product.

 

This month, it was endorsed by another great chef: Sergio Mei, Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Milano. Sergio tasted both our Affinato and our Extravecchio Top, and created a dinner based upon duck, figs, and Bonini Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. The feedback from the guests at his dinner table was enthusiastic!
